Fiona’s passion, dedication, experience and commitment to excellence within the hairdressing industry are just a few of her qualifying capabilities to assist you in building, refining and amplifying your salon success.
Starting as a young apprentice, Fiona’s youthful passion and enthusiasm for hairdressing has continued to guide her throughout her 30-year global career. Fiona has collected a wealth of industry and business experience across Ireland, the UK and Australia, making her one of the most experienced veterans in Australia.
Flagship Salon Manager, Principal Colourist, National Education Manager, Asia Pacific Education Manager and National Sales and Distributor for some of the brands most synonymous with industry excellence. Some include Toni and Guy, L’Oreal brands Matrix, Kérastase and is now the Australian distributor for the ‘UK market disrupter’ OSMO.
Throughout this journey, Fiona has learnt that her greatest satisfaction came from educating and working with salon owners to make their businesses more successful.
With a desire to mentor as her driver, Fiona has spent time working as a Salon Mentor for The Australian Hairdressing Council and has focussed on further skills in coaching all whilst building her own business. She continues to consult across the hair and beauty industries, helping businesses improve their outcomes.
